Maris Hughes is an Artist and Energy Healer. She is a Certified Stone Medicine Practitioner (CSMP), Reiki Master Teacher, Essential Oils devotee, Sacred Cacao Ceremonialist, and member of the Professional Wellness Alliance (PWA). Her healing work expands beyond any singular modality, devoted to the profound connection between the mind and body. She works somatically with the subtle energy channels of the body, assisting the reconnection of your soul’s innate intelligent healing and your unique embodiment.
The foundational understanding of Maris’ work is that our bodies and our cells are a living consciousness, where we store information — past, present and future timelines. With the physical context of our bodies, we can liberate and alchemize past traumas, stories, and beliefs (conscious and unconscious), into deeper heart embodied wisdom and discovery of ourselves… We can also tune the body’s frequencies to the heart and receive deep regeneration to support our daily evolutionary embodiment. Maris believes that all humans have massive (infinite) potentials, that are unlocked through the gateways of our own life initiations. She believes that transformation occurs when we believe in possibilities and we use the cosmic unknown as the reason. She understands that each soul is its own teacher and healer, that the body is a self healing, cyclical vessel always moving towards new masteries —just as all of nature is encoded. Maris believes that the deep presence of energy medicine aligns and opens the realm of all possibilities, all embodied potentials in the healing space. Maris also believes that balancing the nervous system and energetic constellation of the body is a foundational key to daily resilience and embodiment. Through vibrational medicine, Maris holds space for the alchemy of your highest unique potentials to emerge. It is in the belief of Love, the coming home to our hearts and our body, dancing with the rhythms and cycles of life, that we remember who we truly are — which is Infinite.

What to expect —
Maris works with her own embodied presence when opening the healing space. She calls upon her own cellular resonance as a ‘tuning fork’ as she works with the map of the body. Maris works with her initiations to a variety of energy medicine lineages and her own cellular memory of healing. Some initiations include a Stone Medicine practice tracing through a lineage of Ancient Daoist Priests, as well as a Native Hawaiian lineage of Light from the stars. She also works with the alchemical wisdom of the elements, guides, the vibrational power of sound, and sacred anointing oils. Maris works with her own embodied presence to listen to what is needed. These sessions are empowered by your intentions, which Maris discusses with you before opening to the healing. Maris is working with your soul’s infinite wisdom, and is helping hold the quantum frequency of Love, where you open the door back home to yourself.

Maris is currently offering home visits to the Hamptons area. She will bring her table, speaker, and medicine pieces that are called for. Maris will clear the space of any potential energetic stagnation beforehand, setting the space in your home for healing. This will take around 5 to 10 minutes. If you are unsure what space to use in your home, Maris may help consult beforehand. The intention is to choose a space and a time in your home that will not have potential disruptions. Set up and pack up are not billed, the 75 minutes are dedicated entirely to the session itself.

Sacred Cacao Sound Ceremony
Open to the sacred medicine of the cacao tree indigenous to the Amazon. This heart medicine is ancient. Ceremonies will be guided through the vibrational tuning of a sound journey that includes Hz frequency sound bowls and instruments, accompanied with energetic clearing and recalibration. Sessions are offered one on one and in groups for a 60 minute journey. This medicine will take you deep into your heart. Surrender… This is the space of letting go… of safety and coming home.
